Before you purchase and/or initiate a return or refund, please take note of these:

  1. Each pair of socks is packaged and inspected by our team personally carefully, if you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately with photo references, we will look into your case as soon as possible.

  2. Due to socks are close-fitting clothing, due to hygiene considerations, we do not accept return or exchange if the socks are worn.

  3. There might be variation between screen display and the actual product. If you have concern regarding color or size, kindly inquire before buying.

Return Policy

Your return must reach us within 30 days from the date you received your item(s). It must be accompanied with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

- Returnable items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still be in their original packaging and have their clothing tags in tact.

We reserve the right to reject item(s) that do not fulfil the conditions above.

Reimbursement & processing time

Your return will be processed within 14 business days. Funds will be returned to the original credit card used to purchase.

Exchange Policy

Changed your mind? You can exchange within 30 days from the date you received your item(s) with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

- Only products in its original condition with the product tags still intact will be valid for exchanges.

- You may exchange to another item:

  • Exchange to lower value item- No refunds or reimbursements will be made.
  • Exchange to higher value item- A top-up is required.
  • Only the discounted value of the item paid will be exchanged.

Shipping Charges

- We ask that you cover your own shipping charges for all returns/exchanges. Shipping fee is non-refundable and we will deduct the shipping fee directly from your refund. In the event of an exchange, we ask that you top-up the shipping fee separately.
